iii.) Under no circumstances shall Burnsco be responsible for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the equipment or materials under test, or any other incidental or consequential damage to any other equipment
iv.) IF A NEW CHAMBER IS ORDERED, 25% OF THE RENTAL COST FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE COST OF THE NEW CHAMBER (based upon the monthly rental rate only)
v.) IF THE RENTAL CHAMBER IS PURCHASED, 10% OF THE RENTAL COST FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE COST OF THE USED CHAMBER (based upon the monthly rental rate only)
vi.) First month’s rent subject to an additional $500.00, on-site start-up charge.
